I am taking this opportunity to give my personal recommendation of Mr. Hakan Çoban for the
position of Physical Education Teacher. During his three year tenure at Ihsan International School,
Mr. Çoban has managed to make himself an integral member of the school community. Although
I am sad to see him leave our school, it is my pleasure to write this letter on his behalf.

Mr. Çoban began his teaching career with us three years ago. He brought with him an extensive
background in Physical Education, along with a positive attitude and engaging personality. This
past year, he and a group of the senior students helped initiate a sports tournament (football and
basketball) with participation of 6 schools in district, which was a great success. Since his first
year teaching here, Mr. Çoban has contributed towards developing students’ skills and trained
them intensively; some of his students kept up their trainings at professional level. He has the
ability to inspire students to explore their potential, and I am confident that he will continue his
positive influence on many students to come.

Mr. Çoban has a unique and wonderful rapport with the faculty and students of Ihsan International
School. He’s extraordinarily talented at connecting with his students and educating in a creative
and engaging fashion. Showing confidence in the use of varied teching techniques, Mr. Çoban
managed to inspire his students to be part of sports activities willingly. He has excellent
communication skills, which is evident when examining his success in creating strong teacher-
parent relations or connecting with students who require extra care.

I can highly recommend Mr Çoban as a Physical Education teacher, as well as sports coach. This
committed educator will make a huge contribution to whichever school he teaches at next. If you
