How to Delete Payroll Results in SAP

Deletes payroll for individual employees, as long as they have not

payments registered in the BT table or the payroll results have not
been posted. This is the recommended one in production environments.

Normally u cant delete the payroll results under the below

circumstances

1.After FI Posting

2.Live posting run made

3.Authoraization for deletion

If you have performed payroll for an employee who should not have
been included in the payroll run or for whom payroll should have been
run differently (for example, if the system has performed a
retroactive run run too far in the past), you can delete these payroll
results. You can only delete the last payroll result.
