Hai good evening my dear all,

First of all, I would like to thank our event organizer and management for this opportunity

and also I’m privileged,

This is our 3rd annual day of our Ricon R&D facility

In these years we have seen

so-many ups and downs

so-many successes and failures (means filings and approvals like that )

seen so-many celebrations and crisis everything

but did not do one thing that is “Give -UP”

For the entire year we are worked like workaholics,

so-many of our friends did extended work hours and early log-ins

to achieve their targets & organization succuss…

for achieving our targets, we are getting wonderful support from Ricon India management / Kiran Sir

I experienced and enjoyed lot, few of our company policies like

Outings,

Sports,

Company food

Health polices,

CSR

Like so-many

And I have personally benefitted though our Group health policy thanks for that Kiran sir,

Very much thanks ricon management and kiran sir for these all,

And happy 3rd anniversary to all

CSR – Related activities we have done so-many,

We have done some help by giving some grocery things to orphanages and some families

And Raised some fund through Ganapathi idols sale for a good cause

And CSR team so-much support from so much support to do like this things
