Learn how to enter the virtual
classroom. After clicking open
the zoom app, click “join the
meeting”.
 Learn how to use
virtual classroom
 Enter the meeting ID as
shared by your
respective teacher.
 After typing the teacher’s ID, join by
entering your roll number + your
name as exemplified.

 This will help the teacher identify

and mark your attendance.
 Now click “Join Meeting”.
  After you join the meeting, you
will be required to enter the
passcode.
 Click “ok” after entering the
passcode.
 Next, you will see this message
on your screens.
  Your teacher will admit you in
the class.
 This screen (on a cell phone)
shows you are in the virtual
class.
 Click “Call Over Internet” and
then mute your mic.
Leaving the meeting

 At the end of class , click LEAVE

MEETING to get your off screen
time.
 Remember!
 Stay at one place during the class.
 Find a quiet spot 15 minutes before
the start of the class , where you will
be comfortable for the whole class.
 You are in the class , so
lounging on your bed is not
at all a good option. Sit in a
sofa or a chair , so you can
focus well.
 BE PREPARED

MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY

Be on time!
It’s easier for you to listen to
your teacher while wearing your
headphones and an external mic.

Headphones will help you to block

out the external distractions
around you.
  If you have a question,
raise your hand.

 If you choose to raise your

hand and ask a question, unmute
yourself, ask the question and
quickly mute yourself to avoid
any kind of disturbance.
 Don’t snack or chew gum
 Don’t forget to turn off the TV or
music in the background.
 Don’t text or play on your cell phone during
the online class.
 Respect!
 It’s the most important RULE of all.
Respect your teacher and all the work they
have done to teach you in virtual class.
 The best way to do this , is to show your good
behavior in the virtual class.
 As we all are learning together. Make sure your
teachers know how much you appreciate them.
