1. Based on my perception as an adolescent I was able to identify that the needs of the client at
this stage of his development is guidance from his parents to develop his self-confidence and
attitude in order for him to avoid being bully from those bullies. The parents should approach
and discuss with their son regarding to the incident and help him to gain self-confidence to be
able to faced and not be intimidated by those bullies. He needs to overcome his fear so that the
next time those bullies will come at him he knows already how to handle them in order for him
to avoid being involved from those groups of bullies and also to avoid being involved in any
illegal act.

2. The strengths of Ricardo is that he is an intelligent, generous, thoughtful and most of all from his
young age he is already responsible in a way that he is working hard in order for him to gain
money to be able to help and contribute with their financial needs in their family. And the
strengths of his family are that they are helping one another. Each one of them is responsible
and contributes in the aspect of their financial needs. And on my own perception the weakness
of Ricardo is that he don’t have yet develop his self-confidence to confront those bullies that’s
why he become the target of those bullies because he is afraid to face them. And for me the
weakness of his family is that they don’t have enough time to communicate or to talk things
about life within their home because they are busy at work.

3. The court social worker needs to assess and guide the family of the client. The information
about the Family background of the client should be noted by the assigned social worker. The
assigned social worker will give recommendations to Ricardo's family about what is the best
thing to do or to be done in relation to the incident that happened. It is the job of the assigned
social worker to provide emotional support and to assess the parenting stress in order for them
to balance their family obligation.

4. The resources that can be used in the management of the case are the following: first, is to refer
the client to the PAO for the reason that he needs a lawyer to defend his right and also to fight
for his justice. Second, is to monitor the client, assess and recording. the social worker they need
to have a good foundation for the management of the case it is because the worker are the one
who oversee the case or performance of the client. It is the job of the social worker to manage
all the available resources and utilize the client for appropriate intervention and a good result
regarding to the case that are given to them.
