Moneyball offers several leadership concepts that anyone can utilize.

A basic example is the

statement made by Oakland Athletics manager Billy Beane - my goal is to take this team to a
championship.  This line may seem brief and straightforward, but it is the product of careful
goal-setting of the team, presenting it to athletes and supporters to guarantee that everyone is
on the same page with comparable desires and expectations. Such aim also acts as a baseline
for measuring campaign performance at the finish.
During the course of the movie, it was depicted that the Oakland Athletics' manager did not
receive the wholehearted support of his employees, athletes, fans, and reporters. It also
revealed both Billy Beane and Peter Brand followed up with their athletes to demonstrate how
the data they had cited had resulted in the individuals' improved performance. This helps the
players to notice the small signs of progress even if the outcomes aren't yet favorable. This
maintained higher morale and also served as a means of gaining support.
The movie Moneyball offered viewers several teachings and insights to be gathered in regard to
management, business, recruitment, and even investing. It is inextricably connected to and
pertinent to the present perspective of these industries.  While leadership and corporations
commonly desire to recruit and employ the best of the best for any open positions, they must
keep in mind that not all excellent teams are made up of superstars. When presented with
obstacles, enough chance and preparation can help enhance previously overlooked individuals
to become future shining stars.
