1. PROGRAM
Production planning, programming and control as NA information system: Concepts of planning and
control; Classification of production systems and applicable programming models; Basic information for
planning and scheduling; Capacity Planning; Factory layout; Product Design; Physical layout of the

2. JUSTIFICATION
Enable the student to plan, schedule and control production using modern techniques. Offer knowledge
of the various production and logistics management techniques. Provide the student with knowledge of
the various software on the market.

4. OBJECTIVES
4.1- General
Present to the student knowledge related to production planning and programming and control in the
manufacturing environment and operations based on scientific concepts and techniques, enabling him to
make rational decisions in organizations.

4.2 – Specific
Present the techniques applicable to the design and control of production systems.
Introduce the various production and logistics scheduling systems.
Knowing the systems applied on the factory floor.
Knowing the Japanese quality techniques applied in Production.
