This semester I have focused on learning about who I am

and growing as a professional entering the business

world. In order to best understand myself and my areas
of growth I surveyed myself and my peers. I've learned
that many perceive me exactly as I perceive myself, but I
want to improve upon having a friendlier professional
persona.

Throughout this summary, I will be focusing on my

communication styles, my professional persona, my
work styles, and what more I've learned throughout this
semester.

Key Takeaways

Through this activity I have learned a lot more about myself. I've learned that many do
perceive me as I perceive myself, but I can work harder to be a more approachable and
sensitive person and teammate. I am very extroverted and energetic in my everyday
persona and can work on integrating this into my professional work. I will do this by
starting every team meeting with asking my teammates how their weekend was.
Furthermore, when delivering feedback and criticism I will offer a helping hand to show
my compassion for the person and their situation.
