Personal Executive Summary
My personal persona survey results allow me to understand my
strengths and weakness as a it pertains to my coworkers,
mentors and peers in a professional setting. My feedback from
this survey gave me the opportunity to learn that I often take
on leadership roles within teams, and that I demonstrate
characteristics such as hard-working and self confidence.

In this summary I analyze the results and key takeaways from

my feedback. I appreciate you taking the time to get to know
more about me.

People Styles - How I am Viewed

Working with Others

Teamwork
I was measured through 360 degree
evaluations working with my Eller team this
semester.

Some of the highlights were that I always

come prepared to meetings, have stepped up
as a leader in the group, and that I have
demonstrated a strong competence in
presenting.

Driven Leadership
In my self assessment under people styles, I identified myself
as a Driver. I believe that accomplishing the task and meeting
the end goal are my focus in my style of work.

My previous work experience was with the 75th Ranger

Regiment, a special operations unit in the United States Army,
where I developed under the tutelage of extremely
hardworking leaders. This critical period of development

Standout Characteristics
Hardworking
The most standout adjective that my peers used to describe me was "Hard Working". The intrinsic value that
I believe is responsible for this is persistence. I do not think I stand above my peers in natural gifts such as
extreme IQ or memory recall. A quote that I feel perfectly demonstrates the role of persistence in my life is as
follows:

"Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not: nothing is more common than
unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not:
the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent." -Calvin
Coolidge

To me, this the most important quality that drives my success in a professional environment. Persistence in
the face of adversity, failure and setback is my compass in all things.

Self Confident
The second most popular adjective in my professional persona survey was Self Confident. Again, I do not
associate this confidence with ego or attitude. For me, true self-confidence comes from tireless preparation.
Self confidence and hard work go hand in hand in all aspects of my life.
