At the beginning, we would like to point out that your authorized Partener , who identified
himself as Procons, signed a contract with Kamaran Industry and Investment Company to
provide solutions and system SAP ERP B1 With HANA and was committed to
implementation in several stages and steps. The company has committed to pay according
to the agreed dates, but Procons Company has not made any of its obligations until now
and the date of completion of delivery delayed more than four years now, according to the
terms of the contract attached to you.
