The Willow project can’t happen.

It would be devastating to the native people living there, it

would destroy habitats for many animals that call that region home, and it would release millions of tons
of CO2 into the atmosphere, which would only further climate change and the effects could be
irreversible.
The local people living near the project site have already shown their disapproval of the project.
The Willow project would drive out and kill many animals which would harm the security of the food for
the local people. The pollution that the Willow project would cause would also affect the local people as
they would have to deal with polluted air and water.
The project would also destroy the habitats of many animals. The project would involve building
a plant to process oil as well as build up to 250 wells. This process would destroy many animals' habitats
and disrupt the local ecosystem with the high chance of many animals dying.
The project would also release 280 million metric tons of CO2 into the atmosphere over the next
30 years. It would pollute the Arctic and the change could be irreversible. Climate change has been on the
rise for decades and if this project happens it will likely be impossible to reverse. Climate change is a real
effect and we should be finding ways to reduce CO2 emissions, not increase them.
The Willow project would have irreversible effects on the climate, local people, and the local
wildlife. It would devastate the local ecosystem and go on to devastate the world as it releases CO2. The
project needs to be stopped before the effects of climate change become irreversible.
