Simple Present

Time expressions and frequency adverbs: every, once, twice, three times / always,
almost always, usually, often, generally, sometimes, ocassionally, hardly ever, never.

Present Continuous
Use: for actions in progress, actions at the moment, and future plans.
Time expressions: at the moment, now, right now, today, this month, this year, tomorrow, next…
