Goal: Comment your daily routine

Read about Michel’s routine.
Hi, my name is Michel, I work very hard every day. I usually get up at 5:00 in the morning, it’s very
early. Then, I take a shower and get dressed. I always eat breakfast at home. Breakfast is a very
important meal, it gives you the energy to start work. After breakfast, I go to work. I usually walk
to work, my office is just 5 blocks from home. I buy a newspaper at the corner. I start work at
7:00, I spend the morning sitting at my desk. At about 10:00, I drink a cup of coffee and a large
piece of cake. I should avoid sugar, but I really like sweets. At 11:00, I always have some snack
like chips or crackers.
At 1:00 p.m., I eat lunch, I usually eat hamburgers and french fries, fried chicken or a delicious
burrito. At 2:00 p.m. I go back to work and I spend the afternoon sitting at my desk again. I finish
work at 5:00. Then, I walk back home and sit on the sofa and watch TV for about one hour. After
that, I eat dinner and read the newspaper. After dinner, I take a shower, check some papers for
the office and finally at about 9:00, I go to sleep.
I know I should change my eating habits and exercise, but I don´t have the time and I don’t know
what to do.
