Job Title Angular Developer

A. JOB PURPOSE:
Please define the purpose of the job

Responsible for translating requirements into good quality web application. This effort needs to be
conducted in close collaboration with the Solution Architect and other developers to ensure the design of
code complies with the overall architecture

B. JOB SUMMARY/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Functions of position - please provide 3 to 8 key accountabilities

1. Create, maintain, audit and improve applications/systems to meet particular needs, often as
advised by a Business Analyst or Solution Architect. He/she tests both on related hardware and
software systems needed. Diagnose and resolve systems/applications faults. Make
recommendations for future developments, when required.
2. Design, implement and test the software/web application to meet requirements as well as test
any supporting databases.

3. Frequently integrate the developed application with the work of other developers in the team;
4. Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects;

5. Work closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, interface designers,
other developers, systems analysts and sales/marketing professionals;

6. Consult clients as well as colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software

systems with a view to write or modify the current application;

7. Investigate/explore new technologies in web application. Continually update technical

knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, besides reading manuals and
accessing/exploring other source of knowledge.

8. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.

Academic qualifications & Essential Relevant diploma in software engineering or any

professional certificates

Knowledge & skills required

related fields;
Preferred
Essential i. Experience in Angular application
development, web application related
technologies and supporting tools;
Preferred ii. 3-5 years relevant experience working on
similar type of projects and technology;
iii. Ability to absorb requirements
documentation; competent and creative
use of the technology/supporting tools;
quality coding and testing.
General Proficient in web application development and its
related tools
Technical Proficient in Angular and REST services
integration as backend.
Experience in Java or BPM would be advantage.
 An enterprising go-getter with strong business acumen, and
thirst for challenges
 Must be a strong self-starter and have a proactive “can-do”
attitude, with the ability to work through constraints and
ambiguities, at the same time, delivering high-quality results
