Executive Summary :

To attain a goal in a specific endeavour, the objective and goal are too necessary. In
this research, the establishment of the Reebok company has been detailed with the
goal and mission of the organization in terms of the business project. This aids in the
creation of a more effective strategy that will enable the project to be completed
quickly. For the financial market, achieving a profitability for their business is a top
priority. Other objectives include achieving a permanent presence for their company
in the market. Spending money to pursue specific objectives is quite expensive. By
establishing an aim and target to attain a specific goal for it, the British shoe company
Reebok established a project for progress and supports advancement in indigenous
governments.

Reebok intends to introduce new summer footwear in markets where other well-
known brands are already well-established. The agency's goal is to expand the busi-
ness for their manufacturer shoes by introducing them at Fashion Show Week. By at-
tracting individuals to the firm through such events and assignments, the company is
able to establish its professional in this field and enhance the worth of its trademark,
giving it an advantage over its competition. By using effective business initiatives
and business methods, the organisation must set particular goals before launching a
product.

An target for a project is defined in various tasks to provide a strategy for reaching
the intended objectives of the project. An ambition provides clear instructions to exe-
cute specified steps for the succeeding of an operation carried out by an organisation.
The project's goal has been established by the corporation, which is to acquire an
edge over rivals and establish the company in an entirely new sector. The business
must guarantee the agency's quality, as well as its ability to pay for future projects
and the materials that the project will require. The business must evaluate its project's
benefits, human engagement, and responses to them. If changes are recommended,
the business must implement them.

Section -1 : Introduction

Several crucial issues that will simplify business projects must be covered in this
study. What are the key project management processes are also discussed in this pa-
per. The concept of "globalisation" refers to the involvement of other foreign nations
in a firm, whether through the hiring of employees or the importation of raw materi-
als for finished goods. It is also mentioned how project management is impacted by
many elements. Recognizing organisational issues, learning about future business po-
tential, understanding client wants, and handling the idea of globalisation are all nec-
essary for operating a successful firm. The significance of Gantt charts and work
breakdown structures are used to illustrate the significance of business projects. They

are planning on launching a new product display on a new brand during London
Fashion Week, which will take place from February 16 to February 19, 2019. He
oversees products for the Reebok corporation.

In the past three decades, the field of project management has grown considerably in
importance. Many studies and works of literature have been written about the vari-
ables that affect and influence project management procedures as managers came to
understand that project management skills and techniques were crucial to the success
or failure of projects. Without a doubt, due to the sheer amount of variables involved
in project management, it is a subject that calls for extensive research. Therefore, this
essay will begin by providing a brief overview of project management in an effort to
first establish that the motivation level of the project team can, in fact, determine the
success or failure of a project, and then move on to critically analyse various ways in
which a project manager can enhance this environment per se. Modern major organi-
sations can now use advanced project management strategies. Today, a wide range of
organisations in a wide range of industries depend on experienced project managers
to determine whether a project succeeds or fails. You can be prepared to make that
impact by taking this course.

Section - 2 : Challenges/ Problems The Client Is Facing

Project management for business projects involves strategy, concepts, know-how,

tasks, and methods to achieve project goals. Management planning is a process (a
collection of levels and actions required to obtain the project's outcome) and a series
of steps that are helpful throughout the entirety of the project to produce its intended
results. The management plan's primary goal is to run the company methodically by
outlining the project's aim, objectives, and goals.

For a management strategy to be effective, the following components are required:

• Costs are a crucial component of any project, and there are a number of expenses
that must be budgeted for such as paying staff, travelling, purchasing raw materials,
administering the project, purchasing organisation insurance, paying for communi-
cations, and advertising.

• In order to establish the project's ultimate goal, project scope is essential. The
project scope encompasses all project planning, future project scope, and essential
project requirements.

• Time is a crucial requirement for any business operation. The overall amount of
time needed to finish the project is the project time. To ensure that the project goal
is met on schedule, a time constraint is defined for both the project's beginning and
finish.
• Organizations need to make sure that their projects are of the highest calibre possi-
ble because they serve as a means of advertising for clients and rival businesses.

• The best results for the project depend on effective communication. Speaking with
people and involving stakeholders in initiatives ensures the primary strategy for the
project's continuation.

• Every business undertaking involves some risk. The project benefits the organisa-
tion, but there are hazards associated with it as a result of the lack of a solid man-
agement strategy, budget and time constraints, as well as the failure to incorporate
volunteers and governments.

• Resources include knowledgeable employees, competent labour participation, ap-

propriate and necessary investment, and management's supportive attitude toward
the project.

Few Challenges for the clients :

1. Content Stagnant
You can find yourself waiting for some kind of content at some time in a new project.
Missing material, especially in web design projects, might drastically delay the
launch of a website.
2. The irate customer
Even if you try your best to keep customers happy, disgruntled customers can still
arise. There are typically two causes of irate clients:
- You messed up in some way.
- The customer is acting inexplicably.
3. Divergent Expectations
The client has different expectations than you do. Different expectations may surface
during a project as a result of poor communication, presumptions, and inadequate
preparation.

4. Customers Who Vanish

Have you ever dealt with a client that "disappeared"? This kind of customer may ap-
pear eager when a project first begins, but after that, communication dwindles and
emails go ignored.

5. How You Feel

It's crucial to be aware of any frustration, rage, or resentment you may be feeling
since these emotions can seep into your work and client interactions.

6. Excessive work
As independent contractors, we're all guilty of accepting new assignments when we
already have too much on our plates. Since freelancing can occasionally be unex-
pected, it's simple to take on too much work at once in an effort to reduce the chance
of obtaining new clients in the future.

7. The scope creep

When a client has a fresh concept or requests additional features that were not in-
cluded in the website project's original scope, this is known as scope creep.

8. Hero Illusion
A condition known as Hero Syndrome can strike a lot of independent contractors. Al-
though we may exaggerate our sense of self as someone who rescues the day, free-
lancers deal with issues and provide clients individualised solutions.

Section - 3 : Purpose Of The Report

The purpose and objective of a certain project must be met in order to attain
the goal. The project manager establishes the project's goal and aim, which
aids in the creation of a more effective plan for quickly completing the project.
The major objective of the private sector is to make a profit for their company
by setting goals; other objectives include achieving a sustainable position for
the company in the market. Total amount spent with the intention of achieving
particular aims. the London-based British fashion label. The Reebok began
an initiative to improve local communities and continues to do so by establish-
ing goals and objectives to that end.

Section - 4 : Impact Of Research On Stakeholders

The project frequently involves multiple significant stakeholders. The stress a

project experiences and the level of complexity it has are both impacted by
the number of stakeholders. The project's stakeholder complexity will also be
influenced by the stakeholder's financial or emotional commitment to the en-
deavour as well as their capacity to shape its outcomes or mode of execution.
The project's complexity is influenced by a number of factors, including the
quantity of stakeholders and their level of investment, as well as how strongly
they agree or disagree.

Internal Stakeholder :

Internal stakeholders are any individuals or groups involved in the manage-

ment of the business. Due to their personal investment in the organisation, in-
dividuals have the power to both affect and be influenced by its success or
failure. The Internal stakeholders are also known as Primary Stakeholders.

Stakeholders inside the organisation are committed to helping it out. The

choices, performance, profitability, and other actions of the company have a
significant impact on them. The organisation will not be able to endure over
the long term without internal stakeholders. They thereby significantly affect
the business. They also possess complete knowledge of the entity's interior
workings and secrets. A list of internal stakeholders is provided below:

- Workers for the company who receive compensation are referred to as em-
ployees.

- Owners: The company's owner(s), either an individual or a group. These

people may be stockholders, partners, etc.

- The group of people known as the board of directors is in charge of running

the corporation. At the AGM, the company's shareholders choose them
(Annual General Meeting).

- Managers: The term "Manager" refers to the person in charge of oversee-
ing the entire department. Managers in charge of sales, the general man-
ager, etc.

- Investors: Those who provide money to an organisation as an individual or

a group are considered investors.

External Stakeholders :

The term "external stakeholder" refers to an interested party who is not a

member of the management team but who is nonetheless indirectly impacted
by the company's operations. They are the non-internal parties that make up
the corporate setting. Secondary Stakeholders is another name for them.
They are the ones who use the company's financial data to learn about its
profitability, performance, and liquidity.

External stakeholders are those who are not involved in the entity's daily op-
erations but who are still affected by what the company does. They have ex-
ternal dealings with the business. They are ignorant of the business' internal
affairs. The following is a list of outside parties:

- Suppliers: They provide raw materials, equipment, and other inputs to the
organisation.

- Customers: Since they will be the ones using the product, they are re-
garded as the monarch of business.

- Creditors: These are the people, banks, or other financial organisations

who give money to the organisation.

- Clients: These are the individuals or entities with whom a business trans-
acts and renders services.

- The term "intermediaries" refers to the marketing channels that provide a

connection between a business and its clients, such as wholesalers, dis-
tributors, retailers, etc.

- Competitors: These are the organisations' enemies who compete with

them for resources and market share.

- Society: Because an organisation exploits its precious resources, it also

has a responsibility to society.

- Government: A company must abide by all laws and regulations set forth
by the government, including those requiring it to pay taxes and other fees
that are imposed on it.

Section - 5 : Evaluation and Analysis of Secondary Data

The collection of techniques known as project management processes is

used to organise and conduct projects in a methodical way. In order to com-
prehend the project management process properly, collections of project
management processes are split into five divisions. There are five different
process groups: starting a process, designing a process, carrying it out, moni-
toring and regulating it, and finishing it.
Before releasing the new shoe, Reebok's management conducted a small-
scale survey to get feedback from the brand's devoted customers. Reebok
performed research to determine the kind of clients it has and which types of
shoes they prefer. This small-scale study revealed that most consumers
choose Reebok sneakers over other shoe categories because they are more
affordable and more pleasant to wear. In the sports shoe market, fabric en-
hancement is necessary. Conversely, customers disliked Reebok sportswear
since it was determined that it was more expensive and less comfortable to
wear.

The team generally begins working on the tasks it has been given at this
point, testing the boundaries and adaptability of both the project director and
each other along the way. Participants exhibit their uniqueness while yet re-
maining loyal to the team. This stage is marked by an increase in conflicts
and tensions, which lowers overall party members' spirits and motivation. The
administrator must foster a positive and accepting environment, avoid getting
defensive, and avoid taking criticism personally in order for the project to re-
main on track and create a work-friendly surrounding. In this rather authorita-
tive role, the project coordinator must also recognise that dispute is inevitable
and can even be advantageous for the project and the company.

As previously stated, "secondary data" refers to information gathered for pur-

poses aside from the current task. Although secondary data might come
within an organisation, various data are more typical. If it's easier to under-
stand, secondary data is simply really just data collected of another business.

Due to their abundance, secondary data sources are now becoming more
and more important in analyses and investigation. They can be used to ad-
dress a variety of issues and are simpler to get than primary data. Secondary
data were typically well-structured and quite dependable, despite the fact that
they may not be as pertinent for a certain task as main data.

Analyzing the business strategy with both qualitative and quantitative
data :

Each development's legitimacy and dependability should be evaluated using

two fundamental analyses: qualitative research analysis and quantitative
analysation.

The qualitative inquiry aids in the analysis of the complex and perplexing
parts of the investigation. Investigation is produced using the primary ap-
proach. Being a product manager, subjective research is necessary to launch
a new item because identical shoes that are already on the market won't
draw in customers. Validity and reliability are crucial ideas. The study must to
be valid and trustworthy in the context of the company plan.

Qualitative data: To approach the main objectives of the project, a wide plan
has been designed for qualitative studies. The following two categories of
data were gathered in it. Both primary and secondary sources The major data
will be gathered through the online interview. The top management will re-
ceive the telephone information. The main data will be gathered using Google
forms and other tools. In the debut of a new pair of Reebok shoes product,
analysis is not that crucial.

Yet another meeting: Re-branding is typically just a really challenging task

to really carry out because it may demand fresh recruiting for the unique
products, which calls for quality personnel who can perform ethically. Straight
yet another surveys are more intimate forms of communication when a partic-
ipant is chosen by them and is able to speak more honestly. They can defi-
nitely relate to the participant's viewpoint.

It's a crucial component for an organization that plans to reinvent itself be-
cause the candidate they are hiring needs to be ethical and knowledgeable
about the new model the organisation plans to launch.

Hybrid technique: Both quantitative and qualitative methods have benefits

and drawbacks. An individual can comprehend the advantages and disadvan-
tages of a marketing strategy through qualitative study.

Features of qualitative study include:

- It frequently records the audio, which facilitates reaction analysis.

- You have the option to view and research numerous topics thanks to it.

- The cost of qualitative studies is typically lower for an entity than it is for
availability and accessibility.

- They don't need to do informational interviews all at once, so it can be

done.

Quantitative analysis :

A local company that is clear regarding what it requires uses survey methods
since it needs statistics, not specific types of individuals. It can be carried out
by phone or on writing, like a survey.

The advantages of quantitative approach are:

It enables hard workers to grant access or authorization for the provision or

mass data collection. Surveys and analyses can be carried out quickly as
well.
Establishing the future objectives can be done with a decent deal of convic-
tion if you have access to a comprehensive collection of facts.

Analysis :

Having done project-related analysis, the Organization took a number of

items into consideration. The research effort provided the business with sev-
eral ideas for how to use the foundation of globally to achieve a sustainable
existence in the economy and be competitive in conflict with adversaries. In
the particular research that The Good Hotel undertook, we made it very obvi-
ous that the methodologies and tools of study design must be applied in a

jectives of particular aims for the performance of the business. The project
that was performed taught us a lot, including the following.

- Capital investment - Since cost is a development's primary factor, study

has been done on various methods of cost management.

- Communication abilities - It aids in improving abilities with clients.

Knowledge of tactics used to control stakeholders and strike better bargains
with clients is helpful when negotiating.

- The capacity to control Risk - The endeavor aids in learning how to handle
risk so that the business achieves its goal.

One purpose of the campaign was to appreciated and gather feedback from

those experiencing Fashion Shows Week while Reebok will soon be launch-
ing a new line of shoes. Since it is the ideal opportunity for any brand to inter-
act directly with its customers, the Fashion Weeks Week is a prominent event
for all modern consumers and organizations.

Reebok recently set up a place to discuss the concerns and difficulties they
are experiencing as well as to solicit client feedback. Reviews of both both
new and old sneakers have already been posted on newsgroups. Yearly per-
formance have been conducted, and several ideas that are dependent on
both old and new models are indeed displayed.

Every brand or business can strengthen its operation and forthcoming prod-
ucts by working in accordance with the forums and client reviews. Getting
customer input on any products is an extremely important part of any organi-
zation's future plans.

Collected sources is appropriate for a wide range of analytics tasks. The only
restrictions are the format, organisation, and relevance of a dataset to the
topic or issue at hand.

The procedure differs slightly while examining quantitative information, pri-

marily during the preparation stage. Otherwise, it takes a similar course as
any other conventional data application based.

Exactly what are the benefits and drawbacks of adopting qualitative sources
more generally, though? Now let us look at it.

during the project.

As a result, the project coordinator must employ appropriate conflict resolu-

tion approaches to not only prevent and resolve problems, but also to capi-
talise on them. This is preferable to trying to eliminate competition completely.
Conflicts can develop involving members in the group for a variety of reasons,
such as resource allocations, schedules, financial constraints, organisational
problems, and personal characteristics. Regardless of the origin of the con-
flict, the project manager may help ensure that he employs it in his and the
developer's advantage by making the decision to avoid individual issues,

compromise and accommodate when it is feasible, and address major dis-
putes through mediation or issue solving.

Taking the right decision at the opportune point, in practise, is not that simple,
and some projects have failed miserably as a result of tension and conflict
among the project team members. Establishing effective lines of contact be-
tween the project leader as well as within associates is also crucial during this
storming stage. Some project managers, for instance, have an aggressive
policy where another colleagues are welcome to come talk to them about any
problems or complaints. A project manager compromises in addition to the
completion of a project but also a high likelihood that the team performance
will stall and not progress to the normalisation degree should he or she does
not create efficient communication avenues at this phase of the design (Burke
2013, p.78).

Benefits of utilising secondary data :

- It makes efficient use of both time and  resources. Experts don't have to
put in as much effort gathering primary data when secondary data has al-
ready been gathered, cleansed, and stored. For instance, the difficult pro-
cesses of selecting pertinent research topics or determining the best way
to capture the responses have already been finished for qualitative data.
Experts and analysts can avoid having must start from square one by using
secondary data.

- It offers a distinctive, thorough portrait of a demography: Specific sec-

ondary data sources, particularly organisational data from the government,
can give access to levels of detail that might otherwise be very challenging
(or unavailable) for organisations to gather independently. In addition,
knowledge from public sources can give individuals and organisations a
much higher level of geographic detail than they could ever expect to
amass alone. If you need it, you can also acquire data covering longer time
periods, like stock market data, which offers decades' worth of details.

- Partnerships can be forged through secondary sources: Often, gathering

secondary data entails connecting with businesses and specialists in in-
dustries that have some overlap from your own. This allows for the interdis-
ciplinary knowledge to be shared. By establishing these connections, you
never guess what informational gems or other relevant data you might dis-
cover.

- Secondary research are typically of an outstanding quality: Unlike some

other data sources, such as third-party data, secondary data are frequently
in very good condition. Secondary databases typically have previously un-
dergone validation and need little to no additional verification. Frequently,
Page 16 of 19
institutions having access to considerably more time and funds will also ac-
quire datasets and ensure their quality, as is the case with official statistics.
Smaller businesses that don't have access to unlimited resources gain
from this while data quality increases.

- It's great for assisting with gathering initial information and enriching exist-
ing data: Using secondary data to improve and enlarge existing databases
is another advantage. Primary data gathering techniques can also be in-
formed by secondary data. They might provide analytics or researchers a
head start on the kinds of data they may want to gather using their own re-
sources in the future.

Recommendation and Conclusion :

For any studies in marketing plan of Reebok shoe company in the both quali-
tative and quantitative analytics are crucial. According to data research on the
Reebok’s flow of work, it has come to an conclusion that the organization
must be globally linked and uphold the foundation's principles if it wants to re-
main competitive for an extended period of time. The organisation should be
striving toward its goals and objectives, and doing good, moral work will also
strengthen the bond between employees and employers.

• Professionals with skills - To oversee a profitable business development,

move into a new market and achieve competitive advantage from other or-
ganisations, it is necessary to have human resources with the necessary
experience and education.

• Legal advice - The enterprise must complete all statutory requirements

prior to the launch of a major project in order to prevent legal issues in the
future.

• Budgetary: Before putting a programme into place, mangers confirms the

necessary budget. It is one of the primary features that a new project must
have.

• Product customization - The company's services and goods should meet

standard criteria for safety.

• Once you have sorted through all the information and comprehended the
procedure, you should start looking for and identifying potential solutions.
There are numerous approaches to finding a solution, so they must be
aware of all of their options.

• Compare the differences: To determine the optimal option, they would ana-
lyse options based on usability and desire. choose the route that has the
best possibility of success. Try to ignore the drawbacks as you weigh the
advantages.

• Can choose closest thing: When making this decision, the person making
the choice should be aware of the best option for the situation and the dan-
gers involved in order to avoid impeding the initiative.

After completing the project task on, managing a highly successful planning
process, it is abundantly evident that the quality and productivity of the field
study work may be improved by using the current management plans,
projects, and management processes, as well as by adhering to management
plan. To gather information that is pertinent to the firm, market research is in-
dispensable in the areas where businesses must be established.

In conclusion, it has been shown in this paper that the program management
essentially uses standardised methods to create, implement, and deliver a
project by splitting it up into smaller comment section and joining each of
them to offer a final output. The fundamental premise of this structured
methodology is that each person allocated to a scope of work unintentionally
contributes to the success or failure of the overall project and is thereafter
considered a part of the project team. As a result, the profitability or unsuc-
cess depends on the atmosphere in which any of these people or the devel-
opment team as a whole feels driven, particularly because the lack of such a
culture might impede the viability of the project at various points of its entire
lifespan.
