CONTRACT FOR PARKING LEASE AGREEMENT

This “Contract for Parking Lease Agreement” is made effective and executed at the
CITY OF MANILA, by and between:

ALORA MIL M. NATAL, Filipino, of legal age, with address at 383-A Malvar Street,
Tondo, Manila 1013, will be referred to as the “Lessor.”

[NAME], Filipino, of legal age, with address at [address], will be referred to as the
“Lessee.”

From now on, the Lessor and the Lessee will be mentioned collectively as the “Parties.”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, Lessor owns a parking space and wishes to offer the same for lease;

WHEREAS, Lessee wishes to lease said parking space from the Lessor;

THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions, the Parties have agreed as
follows:

1. PARKING SPACE
Lessor with this agrees to provide, and the Lessee agrees to lease the parking space
located at the following address:

383-A Malvar Street, Tondo, Manila 1013

2. USE OF PARKING SPACE

Lessee shall use the parking space solely for parking vehicles.

3. DURATION OF LEASE
The Lease will begin on May 15, 2022, and will continue on a monthly renewal basis.
The lessee should notify the lessor at least one month before the requested termination
date.
 4. PAYMENT
Lessee shall pay Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 3,500.00) per month for
the duration of the Lease. The Lessee agrees to pay the payment through:

5. ATTENDANTS AND RULES OF PREMISES

Know that the parking space will not be supervised by any attendants. Lessee shall be
held liable for replacement or loss of any stolen, misplaced, or damaged property,
including garage doors or other parking facility-related equipment entrusted to or used by
the Lessee.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lessee agrees to hold lessor free and harmless from any personal injury, loss, or damage
to vehicles, including the contents thereof, which lessee may suffer from the use of the
parking space without fault or negligence on the part of Lessor.

7. ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties and represents all
prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, either oral or written. This
Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed and agreed upon by
both Parties.

IN WITNESS, the Parties have hereunto affixed their signatures on the date and place
