Based on the story of ‘The Nightingale and The Rose’, written by Oscar Wilde, the main theme of the

story is the nature of love. Love means to be deeply committed and connected to someone or
something. For this story, Nightingale agreed to take the red rose in exchange for the maximum cost,
which was her life. She did this because she believed love is divine and random. Another example is
the student try to fulfilled the girl’s request by handing over the rose to the girl.
