We hereby jointly bind ourselves to observe all the Central Stickering System’s hereto attached rules and regulations. Upon
sale or disposal of the above, described vehicle, we commit to remove the vehicle sticker and return the same to the GDC
office.
We hereby, further acknowledge and bind ourselves to the following:
1. That the central sticker shall remain the property of GDC & ALI
2. That any misdeclaration of information and misappropriation of the Central Stickering System (CSS) shall
be ground for revocation without prejudice to whatever sanction allowed by law and/or CSS rules.
We further hereby certify that all information declared herein is true and correct.

Greenfield Infrastructure Resources Management, Inc. (GIRMI) values the security and privacy of the personal data
herein provided. In line with this policy, and in compliance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act, upon
affixing your signature to this Application, you agree that GIRMI may collect, record, store, update, use, retrieve, or
otherwise process such information in GIRMI’s data information systems (collectively, “Data Processing”), and share
such information with Greenfield Development Corporation, its subsidiaries, related companies and authorized
representatives (the “GDC Group”) and allow the GDC Group to undertake Data Processing, for the following
purposes: (a) to facilitate the processing of this Application; (b) to allow security monitoring of the vehicle(s) covered
under this Application; (c) to provide Customer Services in the form of SMS blasts about matters related to the use of
the stickers, such as road closures and traffic conditions, holding of events to be held in the area, and allowing
access to these events through invitations or other marketing and promotion means. The personal data herein
provided shall be maintained by GIRMI for the duration of the use of the stickers, or 3 years, at its option. For more

 PROCEDURES FOR APPLICATION 2022
Greenfield Parkway Car Sticker (for light vehicles only)

1. Fill out the Application Form with signed undertaking together with scanned copies of the
following requirements. All documents must be sent to gdc.stickering@greenfield.com.ph. GDC
will no longer accept walk-in applications.

FOR GREENFIELD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (GDC) & AYALA LAND INCORPORATED

(ALI) Employees/Vehicles:

o Official Receipt & Certification of Registration of the vehicle

o Two (2) valid I.D. – photocopy of Company I.D. and other valid I.D. (SSS, PRC,
Driver’s License or Passport)
o Employer’s Authorization
o Complete Address & Tax Identification No. (T.I.N.)

For GDC and ALI Subsidiaries, Assignees, Affiliates:

o Official Receipt & Certification of Registration of the vehicle

o Two (2) valid I.D. – photocopy of Company I.D. and other valid I.D. (SSS, PRC,
Driver’s License or Passport)
o Subsidiaries / Assignees / Affiliates’ Authorization

For Residents of GDC and ALI Projects:

o Official Receipt & Certification of Registration of the vehicle

o Homeowners Association Sticker Details
o Endorsement from the Homeowners Association

For Tenants/Locators:

2. Only GDC authorized representative shall install the sticker on the applicant’s vehicle.
3. Greenfield Parkway car stickers are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
4. Stickers installed by temporary means like the use of scotch tape will automatically be
confiscated by GDC security.
5. A Photocopy of the claim stub shall not be honored.
6. Cost of sticker is Php 2,800.00.
7. Heavy vehicles such as trucks, coasters, buses, and the like will be prohibited from applying for
a sticker and not be allowed to enter the gate.
8. The vehicle’s owner shall be equally and directly liable for all violations of the Greenfield Parkway
car stickers Stickering System’s rules and regulations committed by his/her authorized driver.
9. The issuance of this vehicle sticker does not carry any acceptance of liability on the part of GDC.
10. All vehicles are subject to the Central Stickering System’s rules and regulations.
11. All stickers not claimed within Sixty (60) days from date of scheduled release will be forfeited.
12. Last day of processing and release of stickers is on September 30, 2022.
13. The vehicle sticker is valid until October 31, 2022.

The 2022 GDC Sticker will be available and can be claimed starting October 15, 2021 at GDC
satellite office, located at 2nd floor Paseo 1 Commercial Building, Paseo Outlets, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

Processing of sticker is scheduled Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM / 1:00 PM to 3:00
PM only. Except every 15th of each month, processing will be from 9:00am to 11:30am only. Should the
15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the next succeeding working day will be considered half day processing
only.
