PROCESS TO RECEIVE THE MAHINDRA ALL INDIA TALENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

1. The scholarship amount is Rs. 10,000/- per year for a maximum period of 3 years. Therefore, if
your course is for 4 years, you will receive payment for only 3 years (Total Rs. 30,000/-). Likewise, if
your course is for 2 years, then you will receive the payment only for 2 years (Total Rs. 20,000/-).

2. This amount will be paid to you in half-yearly instalment of Rs. 5,000/- each in January and July
every year. Please note that we have already transferred your 1st instalment to your bank account .

3. Please find attached an instalment form which you will fill up and send to our Trust office address
every January/ July along with latest mark sheet copy. You should xerox this form and send to the
Trust office at Mumbai for receiving further instalments.

4. For the second instalment, you are required to fill in the Instalment Form and send it to the Trust
Office at the following address:

5. Please ensure that the Instalment Form is countersigned by the Principal or the Head of the
Department of your Institution. In case your Polytechnic college is closed due to the lockdown and
you are unable to obtain your principals/HOD signature, then you can send the instalment form
without the signature. Please note that we are making this consideration only for the second
installment. For the next installment, principal/HOD’s signature will be mandatory unless specified
by the Trust. The Trust also reserves the right to withhold your instalment incase the documentation
provided by you is unsatisfactory.

6. When filling the form, please make sure you enter your correct address, mobile numbers & email
id in order to receive our correspondences. If you change your address, mobile number of email id,
please inform the Trust office immediately.

7. It is very important that you enter you bank details properly. Make sure that there is no error
while entering your account number, IFSC code etc. It is advisable to attach a copy of the first page
of your bank pass book to the Instalment Form.

8.On attaining the age of 18 years, you are required to update your details at the bank in order to
keep your account active.
9. Should you fail in a particular year, kindly inform the Trust office so that we can take note of the
same. We will release your instalment payment once you clear your exam.

10. Similarly, should you take a break year, kindly inform the Trust office so that we can take note of
the same. We will release your instalment payment once you resume your studies.

11. After completion of your course, you will receive a MAHINDRA ALL INDIA TALENT SCHOLARSHIP
Award Certificate from K. C. Mahindra Education Trust. In order to quality for this, you will need to
send a zerox copy of your final year mark-sheet as well a copy of the final diploma certificate to the
Trust Office.
