Sub: Violation of provisions of MCDR, 2017 in respect of your


Dalpahar Iron & Mn. Mines ( Mine Code 30ORI08104) of R B Das
over an area of 4.84 ha in Keonjhar district of Odisha State.
Sir,
The following provisions of Mineral Conservation and
Development Rule, 2017 (MCDR, 2017) were found violated in respect
of the above said mine during inspection on 10.01.2023 by Shri Sanjay
Kumar Mahapatra, Assistant Mining Engineer of this office, in presence
of your representative Shri Akshya Kumar Samal.
