1. Kindly state some situations in your daily life where you can apply the concept of
reliability.
Answer:
I'm fun of taking personality tests during my free time, one of my favorites is the Myers-
Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), regarding the circumstance in which I can apply the
concept of reliability, it is that whenever I retake this test I receive the same result. Thus,
I conclude that such a test is reliable. Also, going to school at noon every Monday to
Thursday, checking attendance regularly, and not missing any deadlines are situations
where I apply reliability.

2. In your own words, what is the difference between test-retest reliability and inter-rater
reliability?
Answer:
The primary distinction lies in the fact that, in test-retest reliability, the same test is given
to the same individual over time. Whereas, in inter-rater reliability, the same test is
conducted by different people.

3. In your own words, what is the difference between predictive and concurrent validity?
Answer:
In predictive validity, the criterion variables are measured after the test scores, or based
on future outcomes, whereas, in concurrent validity, the test scores and criterion variables
are obtained simultaneously.
