1. Know the meaning and idea of legal forms.

 Legal Forms is an instrument or document to be employed in a legal transaction or a judicial
proceeding that includes the primary essential matters, the appropriate technical phases or term
and any additional material required to render it officially accurate arrange in suitable and
schematic order and conductive to adaptation to the circumstances of the particular case.
 It could be in legal form of affidavit, sales of personal property, contracts, complaints etc.
 All document used in the business is considered legal forms. It contains technical phrases or
jargon that were intended to a specific subject and it shall be conducive to adaptation to the
circumstances of the particular case. It can be :
1. MOA
2. Business Contacts
3. Memorandum of Understanding
4. Complaints
5. Investigative Report
6. Information
7. etc.

2. Internalize and know its importance.

Legal forms is essential in(1) business such as making a business contract and business
transactions (2) in judicial process on making a complaint, motion, cross claims and answers or
counter affidavit (3) in court proceedings legal forms are used in making a petition for habeas corpus,
warrants, escheat and many more.
To sum it up legal forms are important on every proceeding of the court and any transactions
made whether for public and private use. For an instance if you would make a police report it is
important that you would choose a right format or template because if you were making a police
report and you make a affidavit that was useless and questionable on the court.

3. Write a reflection paper on:

“How does the study of legal forms enhance substantial skills related to
your future career?”
On studying legal forms we can basically enhance our skills in writing, citing for grammatical
errors and also choosing appropriate template for a given scenario. On studying legal forms it
basically catch up my gist/attention that in every transactions that we are doing we’re gonna do a
report and its differs from each others, On technical English 1 I just only know police reports, blotters,
initial, progress and final report but through internalizing and making a further research on the course
I assumed that my knowledge on this subject is just a drop of water in the vast knowledge of ocean.
Technical English Writing 2 (legal forms) can be our stepping stone on enhancing our skills
because as a police we need to be flexible we’ll not know if where will be assigned maybe on
mountainous areas fighting on our co-Filipinos or in the office making a reports. That’s why we as a
criminologists we need to furnish our writing skills through constant practice we can master or
improve this area.
