COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will the student understand leadership. They will be able to discover the leader
in them and also develop and grow their leadership abilities. They will know that for
anything in this world be it in the corporate world, governance, institutions, spiritual or non-
spiritual, growth, results, betterment, development is dependent on leadership. The failure
of leadership is the failure of institutions, businesses, communities, cities and nations. This
proves that the rise and fall of something is solely dependent on leadership.
