COMPETENCIES OF
EFFECTIVE LEADERS
Emotional Intelligence :- Effective leaders have a high level of
emotional intelligence. They have the ability to perceive and
express emotions, assimilate emotions in thought, understand
and reason with emotions, and regulate emotions themselves
and others.
Integrity :- This refers to the leader's truthfulness and
tendency to translate word into deeds. Integrity is sometimes
called “authentic leadership” because the individual acts with
sincerity.
Drive :- Leaders have a high need for achievements. This drive
represents the inner motivation that leaders possess to peruse their
goals and encourage others to move forward with others.
