    Performance Task

    EMERGENCY-KIT!

    This activity will help you apply whatever learning you have obtained from the topics discussed.
    In a short bond paper, draw your own Emergency Kit with items found in your house that can be
    used during a Typhoon. You may use crayons, or any drawing material available.

    The EMERGENCY-KIT will be graded using the Rubric below:

    Content
    5 = All of the things in the Emergency-Kit can be used during the calamity.
    4 = Most of the things in the Emergency-Kit can be used during the calamity.
    3 = Few of the things in the Emergency-Kit can be used during the calamity.
    2 = All the things in the Emergency-Kit are not useful during the calamity.
    Creativity
    5 = The Emergency-Kit is exceptionally creative. A lot of thought and effort was used to make the
    kit.
    4 = Emergency-Kit is creative and a good amount of thought was put into decorating it.
    3 = Emergency-Kit is creative and some thought was put into it.
    2 = The Emergency-Kit does not reflect any degree of creativity
