What Project Management Methodology will you choose, how would you justify your
choice and convince your team members not to go off track and waste critical
organizational resources?

Your Response
Preferably, I will choose Agile Project Management Methodology to complete my project because It breakdown the
project into several phases and we can review each phase individually. Each member of the group would be
assigned different tasks in each phase and We will have weekly reviews to check the team members not to go off
track. In this ways, we can complete the project on time by saving the resources and properly utilizing all the
resources.

Major Knowledge areas of PMBOK are: • Project Integration management: o It setups the project initiation phase
and assigns a project manager o It holds the project together • Project Scope Management: o Detail requirement of
project is collected o Define the scope of project • Project Time Management: o Deadlines & budgets are defined for
each task o Duration of each task is determined • Project Cost Management: o This will determine the project
budget and define procedures to control it. o This is performed throughout the project to make sure estimated cost
do not increase. • Project Risk Management: o Identify what risk might occur during the execution of project. o After
that analyze their impact on the project. I would be using this information in completion of my project efficiently. I will
understand each and every aspect of knowledge areas and would apply them in successful completion of project.
Moreover, It will keep my project risk free, budget friendly and on-time.

These links signify that future of project management would give more importance to collaboration because we can
combine personal , technical and leadership skills to get better results. In future, Project managers would not be
reactive to the market but they would be the creator of next market of project management. Apart from this, There
would be fast delivery and compressed cycle of each project phase. Businesses would be controlled with agility and
future would be more agile and business related. Moreover, more sustainable projects would be there which take
care of human beings. Each project would use more and more automation so that it will work efficiently.
