You wrote to me that you are very confused and don't know what to do, because the exams

are very soon. I

really want to help you, so I will share with you the methods that help me to concentrate, maybe they will
help you too. First of all, this is your schedule during the day. I highly recommend going to bed earlier to
wake up earlier. Now I will tell you why this is important. Of course, if we go to bed at 11 in the evening and
wake up at 10 in the morning, we get 11 hours of sleep and 13 hours when we do something. If we go to
bed at 10 and wake up at 9, we still get 13 hours of sleep. But this is an important detail, because scientists
have proven that our brain works most actively at lunch. From personal experience, I will say that
information is better remembered starting from 10 and until 7 in the evening, after 7 it is quite difficult.
Secondly, I advise you to set aside at least an hour every day for some subject. Personally, I did it like this,
on Monday I take tests in mathematics, on Tuesday I take tests and repeat the rules of the Ukrainian
language and the third subject that I chose, on Wednesday again mathematics, and on Thursday, the
Ukrainian language and the third subject. I try to do all this before 7, and after that I do my homework
before school, also on Saturday afternoon only dz. As for the materials I work with, I advise you to pass the
tests of previous years. Such tasks are quite common in the exam. Also, after passing, you will see exactly
where you have gaps and what you need to work on. And thirdly, it is very important not to forget about
rest. Personally, I rest on Friday after classes and on Sunday all day. I think it helps me not go crazy and
stay focused.
