Hard work is when a person generates his utmost efforts in his action to produce a desirable result.

It
is when we study for a test to get a big score. Putting effort on the techniques, ideas, strategies, and
plans we make and tend in order to absorb knowledge and later use it to answer questions in the test.
It is the extreme mending of the processes until the goal is within grasp. With this type of interaction
to the goal, the person develops his or her character.
A person's character is developed through his experience and absorbing the lessons he has
gathered in life. By practicing hard work the person gathers more experience more obstacles,
frustrations, and mistakes. Sometimes people forgot their basis, just like the ways to effective
studying, their roots, and their principle, it is then they make many mistake. They lose their interest in
the study and their marks go down. Solely because sometimes people forgot their reasons and
fundamentals. But all of this is still part of developing one's character how he reacts and what is he
going to do next. Mistakes are part of hard work whether mistakes came from ego, inequality, and
misunderstanding all these still develops character. A person's character is not only developed in
school's subjects or one aspect of life. Developing character must not be limited to only one walk of
life. It must be in diversity with others. The person does not only work hard to develop his character
in one aspect or one institutions, it must be interconnected with other institutions as well. A person
works hard and develops character by interaction with with other interactions.
In this way, a person who works hard produces ways and principles to get his desired
outcome. However, the process of making those ways and principles are hard and is affected by many
walks or aspects of life. He might encounter problems in that journey. But in overall, the person must
not be worried because even those problems that stems from his hard work that still encompasses
his development of character.
