Article IX-GENERAL PROVISIONS:
This Contract shall be implemented based on the
following GENERAL provisions and conditions:
 This Service Contract is intended to broadly state
the basic collaboration between the Parties;
however, it is not intended to be legally binding,
nor to create evidence or imply any contract,
obligation to enter into a contract or obligation to
negotiate. Each party is committed to working
together to develop and execute contract detailing
the terms of the desired activities to ensure their
successful implementation.
 This document is not intended to create binding
or legal obligations on either party. Each party
agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless
from any and all claims, demand, liabilities,
charges, and causes of action, of any type or
nature whatsoever, arising out of or in any way
related to the intentional or unintentional acts or
omissions of its officers, directors, members,
employees, servants, agents, and representatives.
 The contract shall be governed, interpreted and
implemented based on the official and stated laws
and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute and/or claim arising therefrom shall
be settled in accordance with relevant laws
depending on service location.
 The contract including any attachment thereof
constitutes the entire agreement between both
parties with respect to the subject matter hereof
and shall not be amended or modified without the
specific written provision to that effect. No oral
statement of any degree, modifies or otherwise
affect the terms and provisions of the contract.
