Mr. Amit Navghane

Sadashiv Peth, Pune-411030

Dear Sir,

This notice is to inform you that our daughter-in-law, Mrs. Sonal Amit
Navghane, previously known as Sonal Ganpat Pasjuke, residing at Flat No.
103, Sant Krupa Residency, Sare 15/17, Ambegaon BK, Pune-411046, has
provided us with the documents and information that you have also been
informed about through the same.
Our son, Mr. Amit Navghane, got married to Sonal Ganpat Pasjuke on 12th
February 2015, as per Hindu religious customs, at Shiv Shankar Sabhagriha,
Pune. After the wedding, our daughter-in-law, Sonal, came to live with us at
our house on Bajirao Road, Shanipar. All of us, including Sonal's parents and
brother, used to stay together there.
After a few days of the wedding, for about six months, Sonal's mother and
you faced some financial difficulties at your home. This was informed to us
by our daughter-in-law.
Therefore, we want to bring to your attention that Sonal is our daughter-in-
law, and we will always support her in any situation. We hope that there will
be no misunderstandings or disputes between us in the future.
The estimated weight of Ashila's dowry was 15 tolas. He told us that he was
returning our Ashila and had taken away only your jewelry and cash. He had
taken all the valuable possessions from you and your mother. We trusted him
blindly and requested three years to pay the dowry. However, you never gave
us what you promised.
Even today, we have not received what you gave to our Ashila. We have lost
faith in you. Your mother is still unwell. Our Ashila and her mother kept
thinking about you and your mother, but you or your mother never gave any
response on this matter.
After marriage, for two months, our Ashila and everyone else stayed at
Pekhgate Police Station near Tarang Hotel, Shajari, Pune, as we told them.
Our Ashila thought of living in the rented house instead of our own house,
thinking that this house is haunted. After that, you and your mother asked us
to pay a deposit of fifty thousand rupees to rent the house. You and your
mother told us to deposit the amount to bring our Ashila to your house. Then,
along with our Ashila's mother, we talked about the deposit and returned the
amount of fifty thousand rupees in cash.

After two years of marriage, our aspirations were hampered due to various
reasons, including the need to cook and rent. We had to give up our dreams.
Moreover, our aspirations were put on hold for two years due to the marriage.
This is why we had a child.

The doctor Khurda, a gynecologist, checked all of our reports and gave us
good news that our aspirations can still be fulfilled. However, it will require
further testing. He said that almost all of the reports of our aspirations are
good and our mother can conceive a child. The doctor's statement was highly
appreciated.
Upon hearing this, you said, "I won't spend a penny on medication!" You
suggested that we ask our mother for money for the medication. As a result,
you told our mother, "You will never have a daughter, and you will never
have a son." You also made a hurtful comment that "My child has been born
with defects," which caused our aspirations a great deal of mental anguish.

The mental anguish we suffered from your hurtful comments caused our
aspirations to suffer greatly. We asked you if your mother knew about your
second marriage, but you never thought about it. You always supported your
mother. In that year, our aspirations consulted Dr. Vatve, a gynecologist, who
gave us his opinion that our mother could still conceive a child.

You were feeling disappointed, and we expressed our hopes to you. Some
people spoke and complained about us at home, and our mother, father, and
sister shed tears. Then our hopes were dashed, and we told the Maheer
people. After that, we went to Dr. Watve's clinic on Prabhat Road to consult
with him about our brother's and mother's mental health. He charged all the
expenses to our brother's and mother's accounts. You did not tell us until then
that you were going to Maheer. Your mother and our hopes were shattered,
but you did not ask for our permission and threatened us instead. After that,
our hopes were with Maheer for three months because our mother did not
allow you to take us home. After that, our mother accepted your mother's
opposition and allowed us to go to you. At that time, our hopes were with the
company because people in the company had strange behavior and talked
strangely, so we understood that they were trying to get rid of us. In 2017,
your mother asked you to get a job in the bank, so we asked our hopes to give
us two lakh rupees. Since our hopes did not have that much money, we
rejected the proposal, and you threatened us by writing a suicide note with
the name of our hopes."
