by-step format, with clear lists of ingredients and
equipment, making them easier for children to follow. Our
club is designed in aim of helping students to develop their
skills and confidence in the kitchen. When it comes to
performance, each students shows his/her desire and
passion to learn the tools and ways of cooking. They are
ready in each session to contribute either in theorectical or
practice term. Overall students are happy with the module

content and they are learning step by step new techniques

as well as new English vocabulary. In the future sessions,
students will carry out a more in-depth analysis of cooking
content and terms.
