o What behaviors or strategies could you have used to improve?
o Did you face adversity or unmet expectations so far this year? How do you respond when this happened?
o Could you make use of strategies to reduce your stress?
o Did you have a plan for organizing yourself in your subjects, including a personal planner?
o Can you plan strategies and take action around some goals?
