    This program permits all crewmembers, WHETER LICENSED OR
    UNLICENSED, to DIRECTLY report SAFETY or ENVIRONMENTAL
    violations or other concerns directly to the Master and/or Company.

    If you prefer, reports can be made on an anonymous basis in order


    to ensure that your IDENTITY REMAINS CONFIDENTAL.
    Any vindictive or retaliatory action taken against anyone who
    reports shall NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in immediate
    disciplinary action or termination.
