Essay.
The first similarity between Cebu City and Silay is their primary industries, which include fishing, agriculture,
manufacturing, and tourism. The second similarity is their annual population growth. However, Cebu is more
urbanized, or should I say it is one of the highly urbanized Cities in the Philippines, which makes it the country's
largest economy. They primarily rely on farming and fishing for revenue. Contrary to Silay City, which had a
population of just 126,930 in 2015, Cebu City has a large population, making it the second-most populous city in the
Philippines with 2,377,588 residents. There is a significant difference between the two cities because Silay City is a
rural area with few tourist attractions. Moreover, it is a rural area that is just a portion of Bacolod City. As for with
Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the second busiest airport in the nation, Cebu metropolis is an urbanized
metropolis that serves as a gateway for all domestic and international destinations.
