TASK 1

My best friend is someone who is friendly, funny, honest and easygoing. He’s reliable friend and
someone who I can call anytime in good times or bad times. I know he will always be there for me when
I need him. We met since 2009 when I came to school, but we didn’t talk much until 2016 when we
started talking and found things in common. Since that moment we are best friend and until today we
had seven years of friendship.
All this time I have seen how he has grown to personally and professionally, all thanks to the fact that he
is responsible and intelligent.
I hope we can continue our friendship for a long time.

TASK 2
A teenage soccer match in Australia took an unexpected turn when a bull escaped from a farm on
Saturday and decided to join the game. The players were running towards the goal when the bull
charged into the field and started chasing a 14-year-old boy.
The boy was running scared trying to get away from the bull, but what no one expected was that the bull
just wanted to take the ball and, luckily, the boy managed to get off the field without being hurt. After a
while, the bull, bored with the soccer match, came out as he had entered, leaving the players and
spectators shocked by the situation that had just happened.

TASK 3
When you visit Bogotá there are some important things you should know. For example, if you visit a
museum, you aren’t acceptable to take flash photos or touch the works of art. Also, you are supposed to
speak softly not to disturb other people and it’s no acceptable to consume food or alcohol inside them.
If you have a dinner with your parents in law, you are expected to be polite and not to say bad words. it’s
the custom to bring a good outfit and small gift or dessert and it’s not acceptable to talk about politics or
soccer.
Finally, if you travel to somewhere in the interior of the country, you are expected to know a little about
these places and to wear appropriate clothing depending on the destination because it can be hot or
cold.

TASK 4
Last month, I bought a computer in mercado libre, it was the first time I used this platform, in the order
indicated that my product would arrive in ten days.
After this time, I remembered my order and realized that I had not arrived yet, so I sent an email asking
for explanations about my order.
Days later they replied that they had a lot of congestion in terms of orders and so it took a little longer
than indicated for it to arrive.
Finally, my order arrived, but one solution is that they need hiring more personnel to be able to attend
all the requests and fulfill each one of them in the stipulated time and the platform needs to be adjusted
and more days for delivery of the products to be.
