 All groups should have two presenters and two writers of the group’s own
choice
 Each group is required to work on their topic according to the instructions
mentioned in this document

 Draft an assignment in YOUR OWN WORDS on the topic given to you with
complete referencing and proper formatting
 The assignment should be drafted by two students who shall be marked for
RESEARCH, WRITTEN EXPRESSION and FORMATTING….students
can thereby divide the tasks between them and work accordingly
 Allocation of points - 20 points
- 5 points for quality data collection and research sources
- 10 points for content explanation
- 5 points for formatting and layout
- ASSIGNMENTIS TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE CONTENT
WRITERS ONLY WHO WOULD NOT WORK ON THE PPT

PRESENTATION
 Presentation on the assigned topic would be given jointly by the two presenters
only
 It shall comprise of 10 -15 slides in total
 Presentation shall be delivered in English Language ONLY- Time can be
managed equally- 20 to 25 minutes for each group
 Allocation of points= PRESENTATION- 20 points
- 5 points for communication skills (medium follow-up)and content
explanation
- 10 points for slides (made in accordance with the said instructions) and 5
points for time management, coordination and professional conduct
 Change of presentation topic and date is not allowed
 ONLY ONE PRESENTATION IS TO BE DELIEVERED AND THE
PRESENTERS WOULD DELIEVER THE PRESENTATION ONLY

 PLEASE NOTE: absence on presentation day of any participant would not be


adjusted in the next follow-up and would result in sheer negative marking i-e
zero

Content can be taken from any intellectual source, books, internet, articles, visual or
audio recordings etc. However SELF-EFFORTS would be highly appreciated
Students are NOT ALLOWED TO REPRODUCE THE CONTENT OF THE
INSTRUCTOR’S SLIDES

SUBMISSION/ MARKING AND QUESTION ANSWER


 All the group members shall upload their content slides/ doc on LMS
individually in their respective accounts on the date specified
 Individual marking shall be done for the presenters of ppt only
 Individual marking shall be done for the two writers only
 The instructor shall open and close the forum for presentation, only --- 5 mins
would be spared for question and answers and students would be allowed to ask
questions in the end
 Questions would be asked from all group members
 The instructor would act as a moderator
 Students are not allowed to pass comments or violate the general conversational
norms during Q&A
