Internship Agreement

This Internship Agreement ("Agreement") is made on 24th March, 2023 by and

between Swaragini School Of Music, a music school located at 1st Floor, Alakh
Aarogya Aashram, Friends Colony Main Road, Ashiyana Digha, Patna and Miss.
Neha D/O Sitaram Singh as Intern.

Purpose

Organization agrees to provide Intern with the opportunity to gain practical

experience in music education, administration and front desk management
under the supervision of Organization's Director.

Term

The internship shall commence on 1st April, 2023 and end on 31st March, 2024.
The internship may be extended or terminated by mutual agreement of the
parties.

Compensation

As the internship is an unpaid but organization has decided to pay minimum of

Rupees 2000 per month as support.

Confidentiality

During the course of the internship, Intern may be exposed to confidential and
proprietary information of Organization and its students. Intern agrees to
maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose or use it
for any purpose other than in connection with the internship.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created by Intern during the course of the internship
shall be the sole property of Organization, and Intern hereby assigns all rights,
title, and interest in such intellectual property to Organization.
Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party after 31st October, 2023
with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party.

Liability

Intern acknowledges and agrees that they are participating in the internship at
their own risk. Organization shall not be liable for any injury or damage
suffered by Intern in connection with the internship.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the

laws of the State of Bihar Judiacial, without regard to its conflicts of law
provisions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral,
relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Execution

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be

deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the
same instrument. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or electronic
transmission.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the
