Hello! I am Althea Gwenn. I would like to be called Althea or Thea.

Some facts about me are — out of all the seasons, I like summer the

best. I love the idea of spending time with own circle of friends and

relatives during summer vacation. I also love listening to music, since

music calms me and somehow, I can relate to most songs that I am

listening to.

Adjusting to “new normal” is difficult for me. Sometimes I

experience being mentally exhausted that I cannot function well. What

I do to cope up is I take 1 or 2 days away from my phone simply to

watch movies or doing something that I am interested in. As much as

I can, I limit my social interactions and try to put my attention on

myself-growth.
