Adan impex is a small based company but this company is so famous in small market , basically
they are involved in importing auto parts and they are also involved in exporting and with the
help of their company name they also provide service to their clients and make their purchase
possible.

Nature of Work
I joined adam impex on 10 – July 2021 was at equilibrium point in sense of their work, it also
changes the way of dealing. The basic work in which was indulge and was having a kind of
interest was that my manger MR AFAN AHMED My internship assistant was allowing me to sit
in some of the meeting with the clients and was just there to observe the things that how the deals
goes on and they tackle the situation , and as a regular interns and they were also helping me

Training Analysis:
They gave us a perfect training during three months we were 5 interns and that was very good
experience to learn with them, the training given to us was on daily basis and we , the training
session was conducted by manager. They train internee about the searching process and help
them to achieve target and to communicate the message of top management to the internee and
help them to response effectively to reach target customer. The skill I have learned from the
training and the internship is a time management, dealing with clients and how to reconcile
financial statements of a company. I have learned the listening skills to understand and perform
tasks accordingly. I think these skills would helpful me in future to adopt in a corporate life. I
also learned that how to manage and implement variety of skills in a single organization I also
learned supply chain related work because I have to look out stock in an warehouse which we
have imported I also have to keep check on inventory .

Work Analysis:
The accounts department responsibilities continue and with the passage of time I was also given
an additional responsibility of reconciling financial statement of a company but with the support
and help I learned accounting. In which my performance was being successful. I was also given
opportunity to sit with clients to manage the deals which boosted my confidence.I have also
assign a duty of managing the stock of warehouse .I have to look at the stock in warehouse for
our clients also I have to keep check on inventory.

RECOMMENDATIONS
As such there is no recommendation from my side because they supported me and trusted me on
behalf of my skills which totally boosted up my skills , I learned a lot from this c
Organization.

Remarks
It was very good experience to work In this organization especially the top management was too
good that they help us and doing different tasks and as they and as it was a small company
which was only dealing in imports and export so there was many things to learn because
whenever you have a small organization or small company you have to do multiple tasks every
person has to do and you must have variety of skills to become a effective employee in an
organization
