Ever means 'at any time'. Never means 'at no time' or 'not at any time'. We often use
'ever' and 'never' with the present perfect, but they can also be used with other verb
tenses.
We can use ever in questions and goes between the verb have and past participle.
Example Sentences;

Comprehension Reading.
Traveling is a great way to know other cultures and make new friends. Right now, I’m in
Santa Cruz, Bolivia. I have just here from Buenos Aires. I’ve only been here one day but
I have already made a new friend! His name is Camilo. He invited me to his house for
dinner. He says I must try his mother’s cooking. I’m very excited because I haven’t had
any Bolivian food yet. People here are so friendly!
I have a blog where I write about my travels and the places I visit. I don’t have a lot of
readers because I have just started it. I hope I can get a job in one of those TV shows
about people who travel to exotic places.
Unfortunately, I haven’t received any job offers yet. It would be great to earn money
doing what I love the most. Can you imagine?
