1.Do a presentation to the office on the quarterly meetings as stated in the traction strategy and

explain how these meetings will run. (quarterly, level 10 meeting, end of year etc )

2. Conduct the full employment process with a new employee of choice without any assistance

from end to end yourself. HTCC/ operations and our consultants will be your coaches for the

test day to be scored by the GMD.

3. Read the book Top Grading by Bradford Smart (how to hire coach and keep A players ) and

present key learnings and how you plan to implement same .


Administration :

1.Completely implement the new S.O.P to be scored by our consultant. (April 2023)

2. Implement full processes, letters, requisitions , petty cash reconciliation , payment / receipts ,

clients data base, offer letters etc.

3. Close out on office accommodation and hand over process

Operations

1. List all projects and ensure the ESS tracks progress of all for proper project management.
(April 2023)
2. Set up clear strategies for the entire group / departments and ensure 90% implementation.
3. Fully support the implementation of S.O. P’s and traction across the entire group.
4. Track processes and numbers per department to ensure 100% compliance.
5. To fully drive the company’s set culture through the entire group.
6. To ensure team bonding exercise is done once every month.
7. To support all department heads in understanding the new policies and processes.
8. Develop an excellent company culture

Information technology

1. Full implementation and usage of the ESS by the entire organization (complete link to quick
books, access control and marketing CRM)
2. ESS training to ensure the entire group understand and using it effectively by end of April 2023.
3. Implement marketing CRM
4. JA website and academy fully up and running with courses and active newsletters.
5. Homework capital website fully up and running
6. Ensure full IT support to media team and for the entire group.
7. Ensure all documents are stored in the cloud

going on currently in the organization

4. Present the a unique / standard strategic plan for every department/ subsidiary in the

group.

5. Pick HR, Admin officers & front desk to mentor through the month of April and we must

see significant changes in that staff with regards to flow chart, processes and policies as

well as implementation of their set goals for the month. ( your April salary is dependent on

their performance and full understanding of heir roles )

1. Inflow of N 1 billion for Q2 on sales.

1. Strategy to raise 3 billion and clear our current stock .

2. To ensure funds are utilized properly by finding solutions to ring fence every project.

3. Submit and Implement Strategy to build competitive advantage across the entire group. ( for
every subsidiary ). Submission April 2023. With a full competitor’s analysis of the top 10 real
estate firms globally and in Nigeria.

4. To ensure we recover 80% of debt and 90% of current refund claims.

3. Meet with HTCC/Opertaions ( lynda ) and HP ( lawunmi ) to work out an effective

strategy for projects and to understand the company’s operations generally
