Dear Student,

BBA (General), BBA (Rural Management) and BBA (Hons) Degree programme in the
College of Management at Kattankulathur Campus. I would like to see you as a full-time student after
completing enrollment process:

before generating temporary ID card)

A) DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED IN THE PORTAL: (All documents to be attested by

a Gazetted Officer)
01.Provisional Allotment Letter (issued at the time of Counseling).
02.Photocopy of Fee Paid Receipt.
03.For UG Students:
Mark Sheets of qualifying examinations Plus One and Plus Two (HSC / CBSE / ISE /
Intermediate or its equivalent).
04.Pass Certificate issued by the Higher Secondary Board/ Other State Board, if applicable.
05.Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied.
06.Migration Certificate from the concerned Board / University, if applicable.
07.Photocopy of Community Certificate issued by a Competent Authority.
08. Proof for Date of Birth (If not available in the Transfer Certificate)

B) MANDATORY DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:

You MUST complete the Anti Ragging undertaking Form mandated by the UGC by
visiting the UGC portal
https://www.antiragging.in/site/affidavits_registration.aspx and filling all the
required particulars. The printout of the filled-in form duly signed by both the student
and parent must be submitted to the Head f the Department at the time of reporting
to the campus.
