Dear Dr. Tamayo,

Greetings!

I am Mrs. Josefina L. Conarco, Head Teacher II of Solsogon Elementary School, Sta.

Margarita I District. I am purposely writing this letter to unassumingly express my intent that
my husband Mr. Vicente B. Conarco, an Elementary Grade Teacher at Cagsumje Elementary
School, the same district, be transferred/reassigned to any carline school of Sta. Margarita I and,
if possible, in Solsogon Elementary School where I am presently assigned as a school head.

The following are the main justifications I have for requesting my husband to be
transferred:

a. That his newly reassigned school head and I presently have a conflict for
unlawfully accessing my personal Facebook Messenger, taking screenshots of my
private conversations, and spreading these to our chat groups;

b. That I have brought a criminal complaint against him as a result of his improper
behavior;

c. That moving him to a different carline school in the district would prevent him
from getting into a disagreement with his newly appointed school head; and,

d. That working when there is a gap between the teacher and the school principal
would not be ideal in a professional educational institution.

I strongly pray that this request will be granted and that it will receive adequate and
prompt care. If granted, I will always be appreciative of your thoughtfulness and
comprehension of my predicament.
