    FLOW CHART OF E-JASS PROGRAMME PARTICIPATION

    •Presentation on the JASS Award ( School / Parents / Student).


    INTRO

    •JASS Award Leader Training (Per person RM 350.00 for 1 day virtual training)
    •Minimum 3 participants are required for the JASS Award Leader Training
    TRAINING

    •Distribute registration form to the school & students.


    REGISTRATION
    FORM

    •RM 250.00 per students.


    •Jass will be Invoicing based on the given name list that school being shared to us.
    PAYMENT

    •Jass will allocate the number of Licence be purchased by the school /organization.
    •Students who aged from 10 y/o till 12/13 y/o.
    •School /organization will register the students name under the system.
    e-JASS System
    •Student get access to the system and update the activity accordingly

    •The PIC need to monitor on the students activity and approved their task via portal.
    •The PIC may share the feedback to the students if there is any.
    MONITORING

    •Staff from Jass Malaysia will do the validation on students activity.


    ACCREDITATION

    •Upon completion of hours of four elements based on their level being registered.
    CERTIFICATE &
    •Certificate, Collar-Pin and Medal will be awarded to the completed participant.
