A through reading of the contents of the documents show that the
opinion mentioned property originally belonging to K. Dhanasekaran son of Kandasamy, who had purchased the said property by a sale deed dated 17.08.1994, executed by Murugan son of Chinnappan as his ancestral property. Subsequently on 23.09.1999, the said K.Dhanasekaran had sold the opinion mentioned property to Pasumoorthy son of T.Chinnaiya Pillai through a Registered Sale Deed. Presently Mr. Pasumoorthy son of T.Chinnaiya Pillai is the absolute owner of the opinion mentioned property. Mr. Pasumoorthy son of T.Chinnaiya Pillai may transfer the land either by himself or through his Power of Attorney.
