06. Tracing of Title:

A through reading of the contents of the documents show that the


opinion mentioned property originally belonging to K. Dhanasekaran son of
Kandasamy, who had purchased the said property by a sale deed dated
17.08.1994, executed by Murugan son of Chinnappan as his ancestral property.
Subsequently on 23.09.1999, the said K.Dhanasekaran had sold the opinion
mentioned property to Pasumoorthy son of T.Chinnaiya Pillai through a
Registered Sale Deed. Presently Mr. Pasumoorthy son of T.Chinnaiya Pillai is
the absolute owner of the opinion mentioned property. Mr. Pasumoorthy son of
T.Chinnaiya Pillai may transfer the land either by himself or through his Power
of Attorney.

07. Encumbrance : The Encumbrance Certificate for the


period from 01.01.1971 to
09.11.2004 do not disclose any
subsisting encumbrance.

transfer the opinion mentioned property either by way of Sale, or Mortgage
either by himself or through his Power of Attorney. He can create Mortgage by
depositing the documents of title deeds listed below alongwith NIL
Encumbrance Certificate from 09.11.2004 to till date.
