No. 1 Jild No. 399 Pages:39-50, 13-Aug. 2012 Reg. No. 4448, Before
sub-registrar 2nd Haldwani, Distt. Nainital (u.k)

3. That as per the Khatauni the above mentioned land is of Smt. Chandra
Devi Brijwasi W/o Keshav Dutt Brijwasi thapaliya mehra gaon Jila
Nainital, has been mutated in revenue records.

4. That as per the revenue record the abovementioned land is non-


Agriculture. Though Smt. Chandra Devi Brijwasi W/o Keshav Dutt
Brijwasi thapaliya mehra gaon Jila Nainital has not proceeded for 143.

5. Tracing of title:
That in the current Fasli 1429-1434 the khata Sankhya 00024 the land is
owned by Smt. Chandra Devi Brijwasi W/o Keshav Dutt Brijwasi thapaliya
mehra gaon Jila Nainital which is being purchased by Prakash Chandra Tripathi
son of Mathura Dutt Tripathi

That Before the Above Holder the Land is holded by Sri Ranjeet Singh son of
Ikbaal Singh, Khadakpur isai, the area of the land is 2130 Sq Metre and itself
the 1st land owner of the abovementioned Property.

That the chain of the Legal Ownership is Clear and Markable.


6. Liabilities and This is to certify that as per the records of Sub registrar office, Haldwani, Distt.
Encumbraces Nainital the above mentioned land has 1 prior land motgage, charges &
Encumbraces on it which is taken by 1st land owner found due to searching
done in the office of sub-registrar by Nainital Bank and which is finalised in
year 2006. Than in 2007 Ranjeet Singh has taken again loan from the Nainital
Bank and released on 2012. Again in the year 2014 the land get mortgage in
Axix bank Rudrapur by Ranjeet Singh.
