Sub: Resignation from the position of the Statutory Auditor of the Company
This is you inform you that due to our pre-occupation in other assignment and other personal
Commitments, I would not be able to continue as the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
Accordingly, I hereby tender my resignation as Statutory Auditor of the Company with
immediate effect.
I do not have any objection in the appointment of any new Statutory Auditor of the Company.
Further, a No objection certificate has also been provided in this regard.
