SUBJECT: AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF MUMINA OSMAN MUSE AND MUSA ISSA MIHINA

DEAR USCIS OFFICER,

I am MOHAMED ALI HUSSEIN writing to confirm the legitimacy relationship of Mumina and Musa, which
first started on March, 13th 2019 they started knowing each other through Facebook platform as friends
later their friendship started growing as day after day which turn to relationship. On 14 th February, 2021
Mumina told Musa to go to her uncle a brother of her father who is living in the same camp with his
parents to make arrangement and discussed matter related to the two children who were in
relationship. Musa did the same was requested by Mumina who was not on ground that time she was
in United State of American.

On 28th February, 2021 Osman Musa Hamadi the father of Mumina has called his brother who is in
Dadaab Refugee camp to make arrangement and discuss in detail on the matter related to the
relationship of his daughter and son in-law Musa as Mumina was preparing to meet with Musa next year
of 2022. Mohamed Ali Hussein a cousin brother of Osman Musa Hamadi took full responsibilities in
ensuring that all issues were handled according to the Somali Bantu cultures and norm.

After the two family have agreed on the proposal of MUMINA OSMAN MUSE and MUSA ISSA MIHINA
both were ready to continue with their relationship as finances. When the proposal was finalized
MUMINA decided to come to Africa on the 7 th May, 2022 and on date 10th May, 2022 they were engaged
and their weeding ceremony was conducted as per their request.

I acknowledge to the best of my knowledge that the marriage relationship of MUSA ISSA MIHINA and
MUMINA OSMAN MUSE is valid one as it has been conducted under Islamic Sharia law at Dadaab Khadis
Sharia Court and under the guidance of the Holy Quran (BOOK) I also acknowledge that all the
information given above is correct and sound to the best of my knowledge.
