at: and who upon oath, deposes and says:

That I am Mirela Marginean , born in Romania and upon my own knowledge, I state as follows:

1 . Paula D. Guseynov has been my friend since 2015 . We met in Ogunquit, Me while I was in vacation
and kept in touch ever since. After she moved to FL she was constantly present to our family reunions
such as : birthdays, Easter, Christmas dinners.

2. Diana and Seymur Guseynov met in Fort Lauderdale and after a few months of dating he was
welcomed into our house, he joined us for several family reunions including when Diana’s mother came
to visit in 2018.

3. Ever since I met Diana, I considered her as my daughter and I was extremely happy to hear that she
and Seymur are planning to get married.

4. Diana and Seymur are a devote couple to one another, hard working and very compatible .
