INTRODUCTION

1.1 PROFILE OF THE COMPANY

Asian beverage pvtltd company was incorporated on 19/ 12/2013. It is classified as Indian
Jon-Government Company and is registered at ROC-Chennai.
In 2004, the company chainnan M.r.C.AGARCHA J D decided to man ufacture PET bottles
for Fine Agro Products earlier called as "TRUE DROPS". He set up a PREFORM
man ufacturing unit in Pondicherry named Swasthik, one of the largest PREFORM
man ufacturing units in South India today.
Later i n 20 I 3, the company involved in the manufacture of soft drinks and is associated in
production with Bovonto soft drinks, a prod uct of Kal imarkcompany.
The company has two plants , one in the name of Asian beverages and the in the

name of Bovonto.
