JCFC 29th Founding Anniversary

The month of March has been quite challenging to all of us because of some series of events but
those are not reasons for us not to pursue this very much awaited event of our institution, the JCFC.
Today, it is my pleasure to welcome you all to the 29 th Founding Anniversary of Jose C. Feliciano
College Foundation. With this year’s theme, “Dauntless Felicians: Fostering Resilience and Sustaining
the Culture of Excellence.”

To begin this auspicious occasion, may I request Sir Gemmar A. Lumot and Sir Reynald Cardinoza, our
committee members for this year’s foundation day celebration to read and present to us the
mechanics and guidelines for CHORALE COMPETITION AND HIMIGSIKAN 2023.

Thank you, Sir Gemmar and Sir Nhey for presenting those mechanics and guidelines for the guidance
of everyone and for us to have a fair and enjoyable activities while we are celebrating this year’s
foundation day.

Now, to introduce to us our panel of judges that will share to us their knowledge and expertise and
will be the one to choose the most deserving FELICIAN WINNERS for our activities this morning, let
us all welcome the Academic Coordinator of the Institute of Teacher Education and one of the
committee members for this year’s celebration, Mr. Jeric Pangilinan David.
